Returns and withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Speli extends this period to 90 days on the same terms, starting from the day you receive your goods. This right does not apply to business purchases.
The same procedure, described here and in our terms and conditions, applies throughout the 90-day period.
How to return an item
- Within 90 days, submit a clear withdrawal notice using the withdrawal form. Include your name, order number or other identifying details, and the items you are returning. You do not need to give a reason.
- Send the goods back no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal notice. Keep proof of postage.
- Pack the goods as described below and include your order number or notice reference so that we can identify the return.
Packing your return
- Pack the item so that neither the product nor its retail packaging is damaged during return transport.
- Use suitable outer packaging and cushioning where needed.
- Do not attach a shipping label or tape directly to the retail packaging.
- Include your order number or notice reference.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Do not send parcels cash on delivery. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, first submit a complaint. For a justified complaint, we will arrange any necessary return at our expense.
Condition of the goods and loss of value
During the 90-day withdrawal period, handle and try the goods only as much as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would be allowed to do in a physical shop. More extensive use does not automatically remove your right to withdraw, but you may be responsible for an actual loss in the goods’ value.
If a returned product is damaged, shows signs of use, or has damaged or missing retail packaging, we assess the case individually. We may deduct only the actual loss of value for which you are responsible under the law and these terms. We will explain and substantiate both the reason for the deduction and its amount, and provide a calculation.
Opening or losing the original packaging does not, in itself, prevent withdrawal. If opening the packaging was necessary to examine the goods and this could not be done without damaging it, we will not charge for that damage. Necessary examination and testing do not justify a deduction.
The right of withdrawal may be excluded in cases specified by law, such as perishable goods, personalised products or goods in opened sealed packaging that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons. This exception does not apply to every opened product. Your rights in relation to faulty goods remain unchanged.
Refunds
We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different method; you will not incur any fees for the refund.
You are responsible for the cost of sending the goods back to Speli. This is separate from the delivery charge for the original order. If you withdraw from the entire order, we will refund the original standard delivery charge as required by law, up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option we offered. For a partial withdrawal, we will refund the original delivery charge to the extent required by law.
Any actual loss in the goods’ value for which you are responsible may reduce your refund.
Model withdrawal form
You can use our online withdrawal form. The statutory model form is shown below. The law does not require you to use a particular form.
