Delivery and payment
We deliver online orders within Estonia. Items in stock are usually delivered within 1–5 working days after payment has been received. If the product page gives a different delivery time, or we have agreed a delivery date with you, that time applies instead.

The free-delivery threshold is based on the value of the goods after discounts, including VAT and excluding delivery charges. Available delivery methods and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout. These also depend on whether your parcel is suitable for the chosen delivery method.
When your parcel arrives at a locker, the carrier will send you a collection code and collection deadline. For courier deliveries, the carrier will contact you using the details on your order. If your delivery is delayed or damaged, email info@speli.ee.
Free collection
You can collect your order free of charge from Pähklimäe 2-15, 74114 Maardu. Please arrange a collection time first by emailing info@speli.ee or calling +372 6700 623. If collection is not offered at checkout, contact us before placing your order.
Payment
Payments are processed by Swedbank Pay. You can use the bank links and card payment options offered at checkout. All payments are in euros. Speli does not see the authentication details you provide to your bank or payment provider.
Before paying, check your order total and contact details. After successful payment, we will email you an order confirmation.
If payment methods are not yet available at checkout, or a payment fails, contact us. Do not pay for the same order again until its payment status has been checked.
