Withdraw from contract

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions set out by law. Speli extends this period to 90 days on the same terms. This additional period does not reduce your statutory rights.

Enter your name, order-identifying details and email address so that we can send you an acknowledgement. Review your notice, then select ‘Confirm withdrawal’. You do not need to provide a reason, photograph, bank account number or user account.

The online form makes it easy to submit your notice and receive an acknowledgement. Your statutory right of withdrawal does not depend on using a particular form.

Refunds

We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different method; you will not incur any fees for the refund.
