How to remove pet urine stains and odours

CSI Urine Urine Stain and Odour Remover for Cats and Kittens, 500 ml

When cleaning cat or dog urine, remove both the visible stain and the residues causing the odour. Keep paper towels handy and choose a cleaner suitable for the material.

Choose a suitable cleaner

The CSI Urine range includes a cleaner for cats and kittens. For dogs, check the current range for a suitable product. Always check the product page and label for intended use and availability.

Follow the cleaning steps

Test an inconspicuous area first. Blot up excess urine with paper towels, thoroughly wet the stain and its edges, and allow it to air-dry completely. Vacuum or brush away any residue once dry. Repeat if needed.

Allow time to dry

Choose a time when the treated area can dry undisturbed. Follow one product’s instructions from start to finish.

What to avoid

Do not scrub the treated area, mix cleaners or spray directly on animals. Check the label and product page for material restrictions.
